9 years since October riots: Ilan Pappe speaks before thousands at Araba rally
Tens of thousands of people took part in a rally held in the village of Araba marking the ninth anniversary of the October riots that took place in 2000 in the Arab sector.
Speaking before the rally were members of Knesset, public figures, and historian and political scientist Ilan Pappe, the first Jewish representative to ever speak at such a rally. (Sharon Roffe-Ofir)
