Abbas, Mashaal to address Palestinians on failed reconciliation

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal are expected to address the Palestinian public on Sunday evening, as part of the exchange of accusations between Fatah and Hamas over the failure of the dialogue between the rival Palestinian factions.
Abbas is also expected to explain the PA's stand, which led to the decision to defer the UN vote on the Goldstone Report. (Ali Waked)
