Minister Shalom: Sheikh Salah should be placed behind bars

Deputy Prime Minister Silvan Shalom said regarding the recent riots in Jerusalem, "The struggle today is over sovereignty in general and over Temple Mount specifically. The struggle is with the Palestinian Authority, which is trying to take over east Jerusalem and the reign over the city, as well as with the Islamic Movement."
He added, "We need to stop the feeble policy, and place Raed Salah and Kamal Khatib behind bars. Temple Mount is the symbol of our existence." (Roni Sofer)
