MK Ben Simon estimated to announce resignation from Labor
Labor Faction Chairman Daniel Ben Simon will hold a press conference Monday at the Knesset to make an important political announcement, according to sources close to him. The four "Labor rebels" said that they were not aware that Ben Simon had any intention of joining them.
Ben Simon recently underwent complex open-heart surgery. The political echelons estimate that he is likely to submit his resignation from his post as Labor faction chairman or even from political life altogether. (Attila Somfalvi)
