South TA residents protest in favor of foreign workers deportation
Dozens of residents of Tel Aviv's southern neighborhoods are currently protesting in favor of a government plan to deport foreign workers living in Israel illegally.
They are also calling on the social organizations assisting the workers to transfer them to the city's northern, more prosperous neighborhoods. The protestors are carrying signs that say "Down with northern hypocrisy" and "Workers from south to north". (Yael Branovsky)
