Central Command Chief Gadi Shamni will present a citation Tuesday to Major David Shapira, who killed the terrorist who killed eight students at the Mercaz Harav yeshiva in Jerusalem.
A special committee recommended honoring Shapira "for his courage, professionalism and devotion he illustrated in his actions against the terrorist." (Hanan Greenberg)
