Assad: Israel must choose between occupation and peace
Syrian President Bashar Assad said that time is not on the peace process's side and that Israel must hurry if it wishes to achieve it.
In a meeting with his Finnish counterpart Assad said, "A country cannot be an occupier and simultaneously advance peace. Israel must choose between the two. In order to achieve peace we need an Israeli partner." (Ali Waked)
