PM on Teitel: He doesn't represent the people; violence should be condemned

The Prime Minister's Office issued a statement following the arrest of alleged Jewish terrorist Yaakov Teitel: "During a Knesset speech given by Netanyahu during the special plenum session marking the 14th anniversary of slain Prime Minister Rabin's assassination, he directed his statements to this case and the possibility that there were a few others like him."
Netanyahu noted in the speech that there were still a elements in society unwilling to accept a democratic ruling and that they did not represent the majority of the people. "We must condemn any use of violence and exert the full weight of the law and the enforcement apparatuses," Netanyahu said in the speech. (Roni Sofer)
