Ashkelon to High Court: Obligate State to fortify schools

The City of Ashkelon announced that it will petition the High Court together with the municipal parents' association to obligate the State to fortify educational institutions in the city.
The municipality believes that the lack of fortification of schools is a breech of promise regarding the State's sovereignty. As such, they decided to petition to the court. (Shmulik Hadad)
