Elior Chen, a man who impersonated a rabbi and is suspected of leading a ring of child abusers, claimed during a Supreme Court hearing that he could not be held for attempted murder because the charge had not been included in the appeal for his extradition from Brazil.
The prosecution claimed in response that Chen's arrest could still be remanded on charges that appeared in the appeal. (Aviad Glickman)
