Minister Landver: Witch-hunt surrounding Oshrenko murder amounts to racism
Immigrant Absorption Minister Sofa Landver addressed what she referred to as "a witch-hunt of former Soviet Union immigration following the solving of the Oshrenko murder." The minister regarded the matter as racism "for which there is no place in current Israeli society".
Landver added that she regards with gravity the attempt of several political amd media elements to divert the debate towards a tarnishing of the immigrant public. (Yael Branovsky)
