The Supreme Court ordered the police to submit by Wednesday a translation of the Brazilian Supreme Court's extradition agreement, which includes a list of the offenses for which the 'abusive rabbi' Elior Chen was extradited.
Chen's lawyer, Ariel Atari, claimed that the police based their claims for the extension of Chen's remand on suspicions of attempted murder, an offense that does not appear in the extradition request or in the Brazilian court's ruling. (Aviad Glickman)
