Peres on vessel seizure: Syria, Iran continue to arm terror groups

President Shimon Peres addressed the seizure of the arms vessel off the coast of Israel on Wednesday and said that Iran and Syria continue to boost the terror organizations and hinder peace in the Middle East.
"Both Iran and Syria have been arming the terror organizations, chiefly Hezbollah and Hamas, and are clearly working towards destroying peace in the Middle East. The seizure of the ship has first rate military importance but also a political value – you can't argue with facts," the president said during a joint IDF-US army drill. (Ynet)
