Palestinian presidential spokesperson, Nabil Abu Rudeina, confirmed Thursday that Palestinian President Mahmoud (Abu Mazen) Abbas is serious considering not submitting his candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections.
"Abu Mazen understands that his options are limited, and, therefore, all possibilities are open," said Abu Rudeina, who explained that the issue stems from the fact that peace talks with Israel and reconciliation talks with Hamas are at a standstill. (Ali Waked)
