Tony Blair says hopes peace process to resume quickly

Quartet envoy to the Middle East Tony Blair said Tuesday that he hopes negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians would resume shortly.
Blair said that he hopes the Netanyahu government would be able to succeed in holding the talks and noted the negotiations depend upon economic growth and security. He made the statements during a ceremony celebrating the passage of vehicles from Jenin into Israel. (Sharon Roffe-Ofir)
