Egyptian guards kill African at border with Israel

An Egyptian security official says border guards have fatally shot an African man trying to illegally cross the border into Israel.
The official says guards first fired a warning shot as the man tried to cross the barbed wire fence early Saturday. When he failed to stop, he was shot dead. (AP)
