Barak: Political protest in Kfir Brigade a serious phenomenon

Defense Minister Ehud Barak referred to the incident in which fighters from the Nachshon and Shimshon battalions raised signs against the evacuation of settlements, saying that this was "a serious phenomenon".

"The moment you wear uniform, in compulsory or reserve service, you are subject to the authority of the State and the elected government. Any legal order issued must be carried out," Barak said during a tour of southern Israel. (Ilana Curiel)
