The Alhurra news network reported on Wednesday that a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and Hamas is on the brink of completing. According to the report, which cites "credible sources", captive soldier Gilad Shalit will be release ahead of the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha, which starts next Friday.
