Jerusalem District Court ruled that the Mea Shearim mother charged with starving her toddler son did not violate the conditions of her house arrest that stipulated she remain under supervision with her children.
Accordingly, the court rejected Jerusalem District Prosecution's request to impound the guarantors' money posted for her arrest conditions. (Ronen Medzini)
