The Supreme Court has rejected a petition by a non-profit organization demanding to investigate Industry, Trade and Labor Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer for corruption, despite the attorney general's decision not to launch such a probe.
The petition was filed following the State Comptroller's report, which says Ben-Eliezer received bribes during the years 2005-2007. (Aviad Glickman)
