Hamas: Shalit talks on hold for Eid al-Adha holiday

Hamas sources said that the talks negotiating the release of captured soldier Gilad Shalit were will be put on hold in the coming days because of the Muslim Eid al-Adha holiday.
According to the sources, the Hamas delegation has left Cairo and is making its way back to the Gaza Strip. They also noted that despite the seriousness of the recent round of talks, the gap between the two sides is still deep. (Ali Waked)
