State Prosecutor Moshe Lador on Friday addressed Justice Minister Yaakov Ne'eman's decision to appoint Attorney Yehuda Weinstein as the next attorney general. Lador told a conference of the Israeli Association of Public Law that "Wesinstein is an excellent lawyer, and if the government selects him he will enjoy the position and we will enjoy him."
The state prosecutor referred to the claim that Weinstein is an expert in criminal law like Lador himself, saying that "if there are two, it's better than one." (Aviad Glickman)
