Malaysia recalls UN envoy over Iran nuclear vote

None

Malaysia has recalled its envoy to the United Nations in Vienna after the representative voted against a resolution censuring Iran over its nuclear program.

The government did not specify whether the vote was against its policy. The 35-nation board of the International Atomic Energy Agency passed the resolution demanding Iran freeze uranium enrichment November 27. Only Malaysia, Cuba and Venezuela voted against. (AP)
