Hamas official: Israel's answer on Shalit deal expected within days

Hamas politburo member Azat al-Ghashek said that the German mediator would deliver Israel's answer on the prisoner exchange deal meant to secure the release of kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Shalit, within days.
Ghashek added that Hamas insists on including senior operatives held in Israel in the deal, as well as prisoners categorized as "extremely dangerous". He added that "Shalit won't see the light of day until Israel meets all of our demands." (Ali Waked)
