Abbas, Saudi king meet to discuss peace talks
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met with Saudi King Abdullah Tuesday in Riyadh to discuss with him the need for international intervention in order to encourage a renewal of the peace process.
Saudi news agencies reported that the two "discussed the situation of the Palestinians, the deadlock in the peace process, and the obligation of international community to promote peace talks." (AFP)
