IDF soldiers shot at a Palestinian who was crawling near the Gaza Strip border fence. According to the IDF force, the Palestinian did not respond to the warning shots fired.
The force again fired at him and moderately wounded him. The man was transferred to Soroka University Medical Center in Beersheba for medical treatment. He will later be investigated. (Hanan Greenberg)
