Umm al-Fahm resident indicted for threatening police officer
The Haifa District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Yusuf al-Boirat, 22, from Umm al-Fahm who is suspected of threatening an undercover police officer who incriminated his uncle and three others for arms trafficking.
The indictment suggests that at the end of January al-Boirat phoned the officer four times and threatened to hurt him and his family members should he testify against him in court. According to the indictment, al-Boirat also made a threatening phone call to the officer's cousin. (Ahiya Raved)
