Hariri: 'If Israel wants peace, why carry out military drill?'
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri on Saturday referred to the Israeli military drill to take place Sunday and said, "If Israel wants to talk about peace with the Palestinians, why is it carrying out military maneuvers?"
Leaving a meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak in Cairo, Hariri said Lebanon must be protected from "all the threats and dangers that surround it." He said, "The threats targeting the region are becoming legitimate via the peace process." (Roee Nahmias)
