Given its diverse historical roots, Jewish cuisine is adaptive, whilst at the same time unmistakably Jewish, and that is something to celebrate.

With over 15 years of experience and an aim to improve the quality of Jewish cooking, Denise has led several hands-on demonstrations and regularly hosts cookery classes for a range of people.

Denise has also used her culinary skills to help people find love. Her cookery classes for single people, "Date on a Plate," have been a success and she has been nominated for Business of the Year.

Denise writes a weekly food column for the Jewish News, and regularly contributes to the Jewish Chronicle. Her recipes have also been published. Her latest book is called "The Gourmet Jewish Cookbook."

As part of her quest to improve Jewish cooking, Denise gives demonstrations at Kosher Slimmers World. She is also working with a major brand to develop new food ideas.

Denise’s recipes are also available online as part of a smartphone app. For more information visit her website: www.jewishcookery.com.
