Bruni will give one concert at Tel Aviv's Habima Theater on May 25.
The former French first lady has been trying to revive her musical career ever since her husband left office about two years ago, releasing her fourth studio album, "Little French Songs."
After the album was released, Bruni's agent said she had suffered during her husband's term as she was unable to engage in music.
"She suffered from not being able to do her job as a songwriter while she lived at the Élysée Palace," he said.
Bruni had planned to launch a concert tour in North America this year, but was forced to cancel it due to poor ticket sales.
The highlight of her career was recorded about a decade ago, when her debut album, "Quelqu'un m'a dit," sold about two million copies (mostly in France). Her two following albums were not as successful.
