Laurie's official website mentions Israel as one of the destinations of a concert tour promoting his album "Didn't It Rain," which was released in 2013. According to the website, the gig will take place on July 7 at the Ra'anana Amphitheater, but there has been no confirmation of the show from an Israeli source.

Most Israelis are familiar with Laurie thanks to popular drama series "House," in which he starred from 2004 to 2012.

"House" tells the story of a controversial doctor with a personality disorder, who leads a team of diagnosticians at a university hospital.
Alongside his portrayal of the iconic Dr. House, Laurie also participated in other television series such as " Blackadder," "Friends" and "Family Guy," and in films like "Sense and Sensibility" and "Stuart Little."
In addition to his acting career, Laurie has also developed a musical career, releasing two albums so far: "Let Them Talk" in 2011 and "Didn't It Rain" in 2013. He sings and plays piano, guitar, drums, harmonica and saxophone, and has displayed his musical talents in some of the television series he took part in.
