Gal Gadot features in Wix Superbowl ad
The Israeli actress saw her star rise even higher in the United States after being featured along with actor Jason Statham in arguably the biggest venue for commercial advertising in America.
The Superbowl has something for everyone, including those who don't necessarily care as much about the game itself. Many people tune in for the entertainment aspect of the show and even the commercial breaks have become a spectacle in their own right.
Israel has made its way into the fray, with Sodastream, supermodel Bar Rafaeli and now actress Gal Gadot headlining several prominent ads.

For Superbowl 51, Israeli actress Gal Gadot joined with action star Jason Statham in two commercials sponsored by Israeli high-tech company, Wix.com.
The commercial received acclaim as one of the most popular advertisements in this year's Superbowl and garnered much interest after being released in several parts, some prior to the Superbowl itself.
The pitch? Wix is trying to demonstrate that the world is changing rapidly and business owners must adapt their business and websites accordingly. With Wix's help of course.
