Congratulations and well done! It's great to have news from Yedioth in English with the latest updates on what's going on in Israel.

I enjoyed this English-language website. This news website certainly fills an existing need. It is important for everyone to have access to the news from multiple sources.
35. English Ynet
Israel ,   Tel Aviv   (03.14.05)
Mazal Tov but why don't you have a link to the English site in the Hebrew Ynet. You have the Arab one?? Benny

38. sport
robert ,   nyc   (03.18.05)
why no sport, and perhaps even weekly dvar torah, even haaretz has both
39. missing items
Susan Efrat ,   Gan Yavne, Israel   (03.20.05)
I understand you're beginning with a "core" of sections. When do you plan to add the rest of the sections that exist on the Hebrew site?
40. do you plan on offering this service as a subscription?
lynn edelman ,   wilmington, de, usa   (03.22.05)
I am the editor of a Jewish newspaper and currently subscribe to Jewish Telegraphic Agency for my overseas Jewish news stories and features. Are you planning to offer a similar service to Jewish media outlets like mine?
41. Oioioi, who's solders?
Andras Bereny ,   Kfar Tapuah, Shomron   (03.22.05)
PizzaIDF.org wants us to send pizzas to our solders. And what if our soldiers are used against us? Never thought I had to ask this question. The Arabs must be loughing their keffias off.
42. Is this a propoganda site ?
Achad HaAm ,   Tel Aviv   (04.02.05)
1. First of all Mazal Tov. 2. Will the english version be a english copy of ynet (good) showing good and bad issues onlive, or will it be a "pro-israel" wishy washy site like "Misrad HaChutz" 3. Will the news be translated to english immediatly or will it be hors late?
52. ArutzSheva talkback
Meir ,   USA   (07.11.05)
The comments here on the bottom look almost 100% like those on Arutzsheva, just a note. But I'm really commenting on something else: I use to read Haaretz, but then couldnt takeit any more because of the propaganda. I'm not crazy- it simply was called propaganda in the English language. It was no longer (to me) called news or reporting, but was meant to give over a certain biased message. Yediot Achronot seem to have been going on that path to a large extent as well, and I truly hope that in this English language version they will try and be more balanced. Not to offend anyone, but I honestly think that if some of the articles were translated into Arabic, that they would be readily accepted by the Muslim world. A Jewish source should at least try to be objective, if not pro-Jewish. Literally *all* the Arab news sources that I've seen are 100% anti Israel (either openly or only subtly), why cant Jews be pro Jewish- especially when they're representing fairness and justice? In short: I wish you guys the best of luck and the best of wishes in the new endeaver of an English site, but I also hope and wish that you focus on who you are and what you represent, and not get caught up in any other motives... All the best, Meir
