So.. nu.. there are other forms of birth control besides pills and condoms! I've been using the cervical cap for 20 years, and its great! Unfortunately, I've NEVER found a gynaecologist here in Israel who offers it, so once every few years, I go to a doctor in the States, who checks the fitting and writes a perscription for a new cap. The attitude of gynaecologists here is so ridiculous; why not offer ALL good alternatives?
