1. What About Impotence Gas?
YeShA Jew ,   Kochav HaShachar, IS   (04.04.05)
And hey- we YeShA Jews also use Arab childrens' blood when we bake matzot. The simple fact is that even the Shin Bet says that you "journalists" are wildly exaggerating- for a change.
2. TEMPLE MOUNT-JUDAISM'S HOLIEST SITE
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (04.04.05)
There has NEVER been an Arab country of Palestine. Jerusalem has NEVER been the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. The Temple Mount has NEVER in history been a Muslim holy site. Jerusalem is mentioned over 800 times in the Bible, but not once in the Koran. At the time of Muhammad's death there was not a single mosque in Jerusalem. Islam is a religion of MILITARY CONQUEST demanding all nations and peoples are brought under the total control of Islamic leaders. Jerusalem-Israel, is the greatest prize of all in the global jihad. When Jordan invaded Israel in 1948, they drove out or murdered ALL Jews from Judea, Samaria and east Jerusalem. They destroyed 58 synagogues in Jerusalem. It is Muslim practice to invade, desecrate and destroy the holy sites of other religions and build mosques on the sites. Muslims then often claim the sites were always Islamic; the false claim Muslims also make regarding Judaism's holiest site, the Temple Mount. It is devoid of all ethics, that control of the JEWISH holiest site was given by Israel's leaders to the Muslims followers of the politically correct religion of Islam. Israel has allowed MASSIVE destruction and desecration by Muslims at the Jewish Temple Mount and allowed mosques to be built. Israel persecutes Jews and Christians, severely restricting their access to this holy place and arresting Jews and Christians who pray, or who are even suspected of praying on the Temple Mount.
3. what the press wants you to think, and what they don't
Mark ,   Chicago USA   (04.04.05)
And when there is concern over the government targeting the Jews of the settlements the press (including, or perhaps especially YNET) doesn't report. This they don't want you to know. They want to aid the Sharon, retard, commie government in brutalizing the settlers in a cakewalk. And the bogus reports of the 'Extreme Right Wing' wishing to brutalize every Arab and every Jew not living in the settlements (which even my three year olds imagination is more reality based than these bogus theories and reports) graces the top news section every time, whereas the reality based concerns are not meant for you to read or to know about.
4. Al-Quds and Islam
Igor ,   London, UK   (04.04.05)
Linda Rivera clearly lives in a fatasy world of her and US mass media making. Just to correct a few errors: 1. Jerusalem is mentioned in the Koran 2. Temple was destroyed by the Romans in 70AD long before Muslims, so Muslims built the Mosque in 7th century on an empty place. 3. Jordan did not invade Israel proper at any time during 1948. It seems that US citizens ignore historical facts so as to support their convoluted opinions and a warped world view.
5. Ravava along with Sharon,IDF will pay the price
Sal Azam ,   Chicago U.S.A   (04.04.05)
Israel is upping its anti towards peace and the agreements it made with the Quartet Russia, United States, UN and EU. Israeli government of Sharon is escalating its defiance by doing certain provocations. The world is watching their brazen defiance towards peace. They will be taught a lesson that they will never forget. Israel is on a war path and in a silly manner exposing itself further to the world as a war monger, deceiver, destroyer and liar. United States ,EU,Russia and U.N will take care of Israel very soon.
6. Jewish Terrorists?
Lynn Handelman ,   Miami, FL   (04.04.05)
The media is going along with the Israeli government in painting a picture of any religious Jew as a potential terrorist. Judged guilty rather than the democratic way of innocent until proven guilty. Perhaps because the Israeli officialdom is and has been allowing Arab terrorism (even providing them weapons), they need to go after someone and that someone are those Jews who do not wish to be victims. Whether we agree with views that are contrary to our own beliefs, let us openly hear all sides and decide ourselves.
7. Har HaBayit
Ari ,   London   (04.04.05)
Hey Igor - having read much of the Qur'an, I have yet to find Jerusalem written there once. Also, "Al Quds" comes from the words "Bet el Makdis" - Arabic for "Bet Hamikdash" - i.e. the Holy Temple! The supposed "reference to Jerusalem" in the Qur'an is in a passage where Muhammed talks of "a faraway place"! Oh yeah, it MUST be Jerusalem...! Finally - why is it considered a provocation when Jews want to simply go en-masse to PRAY at their Holiest site (not to burn anything - when have Revava said anything about attacking anyone?)? I dont get it! In that case, we Jews should go and build a little shul in Mecca, restrict muslim worship there and see what happens!... Oh wait - non-muslims aren't even allowed into Mecca! Silly me, I forgot, only MUSLIM holy places must be respected! Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and all that lot need a provocation to kill Jews?! Really?! Well that's news to me because they haven't seemed to have needed one up until now! Must be new phenomenon - I blaim the right-wing!...
8. Al-Quds & Islam
Igor ,   London, UK   (04.04.05)
Just to correct Ari: Koran, in Surah 17:1 refers to "masjid al-aqsa" - the Farthest Mosque, not some faraway place. Furthermore, Surah 17:7 also clearly refers to the Temple, mentioning it specifically. If Ari is going to say that Jewish Temple, the Temple, was located in other place than Al-Quds I would suggest checking some history books. Al-Quds actually means "holy place" while Bayt ul-Maqdis, meaning "house of holiness" is a different name for the same city. I believe, Ari, you are confused or intentionally misrepresenting the facts. All forms of terrorism are absolutely disgusting. I could not say the same about resistance movements. It is clear that most people tend to assign labels based on their political preferences rather than according to some objective criteria - after all noone calls Russian "partisans" of French resistance who fought Nazi occupation behind the lines "terrorists", it is only when Palestinians do the same that we suddenly call them "terrorists".
