1. continuous propoganda like this just deflects the core issu
edward ,   las vegas   (06.15.05)
occupation is the core issue. articles like this, which have no basis in fact other than what the government tells, is pure propoganda. go read 1984 or brave new world before printing this garbage! your government, just like the us, uses fear to try and control you. just say no!
2. Justifying Suicide Bombers and Brainwashing? Pretty Sick
(06.15.05)
The core issue is that Philistine society is so warped that they encourage their own youth to commit suicide. Their days are numbered. A society that depraved cannot possibly survive.
3. MANY Suicide Bombings When 98% Were Under PLO Rule
Edward ,   Reno   (06.15.05)
In 2000 when the Palies started their little war, 98% of them lived under direct PLO rule and they were on their way to a Jew-free state with Jerusalem as their capital. Nope- the core issue isn't any "occupation". The core issue is that the Palies value Jewish deaths more than their own lives.

All those people killed and maimed by suicide bombers aren't really dead and injured either, are they? It's all just government propaganda. If the Arabs are so concerned about losing land and being "occupied," maybe they shouldn't have launched all those wars against Israel by virtue of which they lost territory. Oh wait, Arabs starting wars against Israel never happened either. Probably just a lot of government propaganda.
5. more propoganda: incitement in pal school books
edward ,   las vegas   (06.15.05)
it is just a flat out lie. heres an article to describe the lie. studies have been done to show that this too is pure propoganda. http://electronicintifada.net/v2/article3923.shtml
6. one more thing, you can help prevent war crimes!
edward ,   las vegas   (06.15.05)
join the rally in nyc. nyc girl, will you be there? if you care so much about human rights, maybe you should join. http://electronicintifada.net/v2/article3924.shtml

LOL Electronic intifada Whats next Hamas online? Here is what palestinian media has shown http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3085750,00.html Now here is a website that has documented the PA media http://www.pmw.org.il/ Now it isn't a jump to say that whats on a PA paid sermon would also be in the school books http://www.pmw.org.il/schoolbooks.html Unless ofcourse your going to say that Ynet is completely unfairly pro-Israel? Which leads to the obvious question of what you are doing here. Give it up, the best to stop war crimes is to freaken stop the incitement in Palestinian society. Accept Israel, and to stop targetting children and civilians. And for terror groups to cease to exists and use civilian areas as bases of operations.
8. not that simple, man
na ,   na   (06.15.05)
not that simple, man. PA never had control of more than 15-20% of WB, and some 45% of Gaza territory. Israel continued and actually intensified settlement construction for 'Jews only' in Palestinian tewrriroty occupied in the 1967 war at the time peace talks were ongoing. What the main stream media portrayed as Barak's generous offer was actually for no more than 65% of OPT (WBG plus Jerusalem east), and therefore no generous offer was made, and it was Clinton-Barak who made a mistake by both: 1) saying this is their last offer, and 2) allowing Sharon to make his infamous year 2000 invasion, so called visit to the AL Aqsa mosque. Nevertheless, PAL books are better than Israeli school books, by admission of decent Israeli and American experts (check work of Prof. Nathan Brown, and others for more info). If Israel is serious about a settlement with which some majority of Palestinians will be able to 'live' (and let others live!) with, minimal demands/rights/needs should be satisfied. Stop the bulls*** about PAL sending their kids to die, for this is simply not true. An American Jew, who visited Palestine once, after having visited and lived with Israeli Jews for over three decades told me 'man, they say Palestinians are terrorists. With the daily humaliation Palestinians go through continuing for decades, the checkpoints, bantustans, etc., I'd say Palestinains are the most passive peole I've ever come across'.
9. #8 Even simpler than that man.
Uzziel   (06.16.05)
From 1.948 to 1.967 arabs had full control of Judea, Samaria and Gaza. That means 100% control, including the East of Jerusalem. Why they did not create a "palestinian" state then, man? As simple as that.
10. Very Simple Man
(06.16.05)
Until the Palestinians started their war of attrition in 2000, 98% of them were living under DIRECT PLO rule. Had they not started their self-destructive war, they would have established a state in almost ALL of the land being NEGOTIATED (and while negotiations mean comprimise, they would have gotten 90%+ of the pie). This includes ALL of Gaza, AND half of Israel's capital, Jerusalem, as their own capital. And they would have gotten it all Jew-free. They chose war instead. Oh well. That was their choice.

Not suprising you show absolutely no sources. But nice lie about the Barak deal. From the [saudi] prince bandar interview in the new yorker magazine "Clinton, who continued to apply his considerable energy to finding a Middle East solution, came to believe, in December of 2000, that he had finally found a formula for peace; he asked once more for Bandar's help. Bandar's first reaction was not to get involved; the Syrian summit had failed, and talks between Barak and Arafat at Camp David, in July, had collapsed. But when Dennis Ross showed Bandar the President's talking papers Bandar recognized that in its newest iteration the peace plan was a remarkable development. It gave Arafat almost everything he wanted, including the return of about ninety-seven per cent of the land of the occupied territories; all of Jerusalem except the Jewish and Armenian quarters, with Jews preserving the right to worship at the Temple Mount; and a thirty-billion-dollar compensation fund." http://www.saudi-us-relations.org/international-relations/prince-bandar.html Also here are examples of pal books http://www.pmw.org.il/schoolbooks.html
12. LOL PMW??? no greater propoganda

sources? DId not I mention Nathan Brown? In the age of the www, simply google Nathan Brown, an American Jewish professor, and see what his field work, and comparison of Israeli, Palestinian school books tells! And beleive me (if you are sincere about learning the truth), Palestinians have been subjected to Israeli humiliation since before 1948! Who do you think came to Palestine and settled the land, of which its indeginous population was kicked out? Not the Palestinian Arabs certainly. Arab countries were not a lot nicer to Palestinians, as they've in the name of helping the Palestinians controlled their land, and did not support Palestinian nationalism. that is not the Palestinians' fault, my dear, but Jordan's. In any case, this is not to say Israel is fault - free! And I'd draw your attention to the fact that a fair analysis should be 'mindful'/nformed of the fat that the disputed land is not the 20% of Palestine that is the WBG and Jerusalem, but all of Palestine, of which Israel controlled some 95% until the 2000 Intifada! Does that mean anything? does that explain why Israel's/Barak's offer "generous! ha!!" was never going to be accepted by the Palestinian people, even if the leadership accepted? Not that Israel should be destroyed, but the Israelis should bear in mind they've expelled 700,000 Palestinians in 1948 (read Benny Morris's work on this - another Jew!), occupied some 80% of the land, and in 1967 occupied the rest, and even as negotiations were coninuing between 1994 and 2000, settlements more than doubled in what you say would have been territory of the Palestinian state. Does that not undermine any Palestinian leader who is negotiationg with the Israelis? If the Israelis are serious, they can simply make a single, simple declaration: we will withdraw to the 1967 borders, and let the world be witness to implementation of the withdrawal, and rest assured the world will not allow the Palestinians to disturb regional stability, even if they've become unhappy with the WBG territory. So, instead of blaming the past, and going back to old lies such as 'Arabs fled, Israel did not have a plab Dalet' to kick them out of their homeland', 'Arabs can only blame themselves', 'Arabs do not deserve to live', 'Arabs send their kids to die', etc. look at the issues at the heart of the conflict. these lies are no longer acceptable to the world community. People no longer beleive such propaganda, and lies. BE SERIOUS.

Edward lecturing me on racism, hmm... I guess you must be right. Your a grand wizard right? Anyways I see how you dodge the fact that even Ynet posted a story about the venomous palestinian media. Which is in line with what PMW has been posting. So you are saying that Ynet is either PMW subordinate or just come here to troll? To Na Nathan brown from what I've seen looks like a joke. He is working with Khaled rashid a known palestinian propagandists. If you are going to read Morris then you should read Efraim Karsh's Fabricating Israeli History: The `New Historians'. Morris twist things so badly it's not even funny. This is just one example http://netwmd.com/articles/article994.html Now onto your other parts. The arguement that the territory in the area was owned by the "palestinians" is ridiculous. "The Arab leadership opposed the plan, arguing that it violated the rights of the majority of the people in Palestine, which at the time was 67% non-Jewish (1,237,000) and 33% Jewish (608,000). They criticised the amount and quality of land given to Israel. The Jews had been offered 55% percent of the land when they owned 6.5% of it. However, it should be noted that over 70% of the land area (which was mostly desert) was state-owned. The population for the proposed Jewish State would be 498,000 Jews and 325,000 non-Jews. The population for the proposed Arab State would be 807,000 non-Jews and 10,000 Jews. The population for the proposed International Zone would be 105,000 non-Jews and 100,000 Jews." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1947_UN_Partition_Plan Over 70% of the territory belonged to the british. When they gave up their claim to the are, it reverted back to who it was originally promised too, the Jews. Here is another article that goes further into the legality of the territory http://www.globalpolitician.com/articledes.asp?ID=665&cid=2&sid=1 So therefore Israel does not have to withdraw to any area. Also in the UN resolutions it says "territories" not all it just says some, this can be 99% this can be 1%. And instead of rehashing the Jews drove the arabs out. Be realistic and finally admit it was your fault, the efraim karsh link goes more into that. Finally I as an Israeli am perfectly willing to accept the refugees, but only under the UNHCR definition.
15. Just a matter of looking around...
Morris ,   Galut   (06.18.05)
Lazy Muslim youths believe their clerics and go berzerk for 72 virgins, for free. Are Arab virgins so hard to find they must blow themselves up for some?
16. to 14 and 15

though 14 makes a 'serious' effort, unlike 15's racist stuff, both tell about how hard it is to make peace if the parties do not agree on what happened. South Africans had finally to accept that: God did not have 'authority' to give land to the Dutch/Boer, etc., God was not a landlord, or real state agent to say this was the Jews' and this the Dutch, and this and this, and had to agree on the fact that apartheid was wrong. There is no majority on the Israeli side wth whom the Palestinians can do such deal at the moment. Right wing Israelis were 'clever' when they killed Rabin. They knew he was capable of getting majority of Israelis to support a peace deal with the Palestinians, which would have meant more or less withdrawal of Israel's occupation army from THE territory occuped in 1967, and Israel's retention of some 80% of Palestine (unjust, but there were signals majority of Palestinians would have approved of such deal). Rabin was murdered, and the rest of the story, sincehis murder is known to all. There are studies about the Israeli society indicating more right wingers are born than 'secular, moderate Israelis' (settlers have more kids than other Israelis, etc.) and therefore the Jewish demographic balance is, year after year, making voice like those heard here the 'mainstream.' We and Israeli Jews are in trouble, man, unless some other party comes and imposes something on both. Undemocratic, true, but who says there is anything democratic in the arguments you've made! Perhaps God will not be happy to see land he promised Jews 'settled' by Goys, but what the heck!
17. A harsh response. But surprise me!
Morris ,   The Galut   (06.18.05)
Rational thinking is voiced as racist stuff by the very men and women who don't have any peace for the trading. In fact they don't even know what that word means. When trying to explain, Arabs seem always confused, flabbergasted and deceiving. Brainwashed to the core, they simply can't find anything by themselves and accept what a bunch of Muslim clerics weekly feed them at the Mosques and on TV. Arabs simply can't live without Jews around and, with no Jews around, they are prone to kill themselves on indefatigable vendettas. Jews give them status, were almost giving them a land to call their own, and a reason for them to carry on. Complete separation is a must. They'll fade by themselves.
18. a manifesto for a racist party?
na ,   Jerusalem   (06.19.05)
A manifesto for a ‘political’ party in the Israel that is yours. Hopefully one day majority of Israelis will rethink the wisdom of sticking to such logic, and begin search for what may be a good start for peace: either separation with dignity, or living together in united, democratic, ethnically-rich Palestine, where all can practice their faith, freely, and can have as much love as they’d like for any part of this country. Certainly then it would not matter what the country is called, as it will be ours (Jews, Palestinians – Christians and Moslems, and others). A dream, but we’re allowed to dream, despite the apartheid wall (actually, apartheid South Africa never had walls like Israel’s racist wall).
