Yesterday's 'Liberation' newspaper reports on the multi-million euro deal between the French (EADS) armanents industry and IAI to build an Israeli pilotless plane system. The paper says that the French want to keep publicity about Israel's participation in the construction of the drone (which is about 90% of the total) to a minimum in order not to upset France's other friends in the Middle-East. Maybe Israel's participation in Sharon's visit to Paris could be kept to a minimum also say, by sending just his underpants and trousers to visit Chirac.
