1. I'm Not Religious But I Agree 100%
Shlomo ,   Israel   (06.19.05)
I have been called up for reserve duty for this vile plan, but like many people that I know, will NEVER participate in such an immoral act. Ask me to protect these people- I will, just as I protect the people on the Lebanese border. Ask me to expell them from their homes? NEVER.
2. Israel gets the Rabbis it deserves
accessol ,   Spelthorne, England   (06.20.05)
" protesters who are sentenced to prison terms should consider their sentences a “privilege,” saying the sentences were a “reward” for those who remain faithful to the Torah." The entire settler population should be similarly "rewarded" with sentences commensurate with the damage they have done to the good name of Jewry: like 20 consecutive life sentences each.
3. Crazies
Salameh ,   Gaza   (06.20.05)
And they come and blame our Sheikhs for calling on our youth to resist the occupation while their own fanatic rabbis urge them to disobey their own gouverment and continue their ugly occupation and repression, Shame on them
4. pull out
menachem ,   israel   (06.20.05)
why the big fuss,? the jews who will have to be moved from their homes will be given brand new homes and money so stop complaining
5. Sharon, the new representative of Hamas
Bunnie Meyer ,   Santa Monica, CA USA   (06.20.05)
Sharon, the new representative of Hamas, wants to encourage terrorist scum by giving away the birthright of the Jews, the land of Israel. Bless this rabbi, a man with one hundred times more guts than mess called a prime minister who lays down and kisses the feet of the terrorists.
6. Confusion
Matthias ,   Weinfelden   (06.20.05)
In the media and public opinion I think there is a bit of a confusion. You confuse Jews living in an area with an Arab majority as being an occupation with the military rule of the IDF. Noone could ever explain to me why it is that bad if a minority of Jews live within a majority of Arabs. The only problem is that the Arabs hate the Jews. That's why they have to be protected.
7. Re: Confusion
ben ,   Rehovot Israel   (06.20.05)
I pray this time it will be different, and giving land to terrorists will bring peace. I'm still struggling to understand the difference between "Disengagement" and "Transfer".
8. Retractions
Yehudit ,   Yerushalayim, Israel   (06.20.05)
It was not the Rav who made a retraction but rather the papers who retracted their original erroneous reportage and set the record straight.
9. to Matthias, It is not Confusion at all
Human Being ,   Gaza   (06.20.05)
This is because the land the settlers occupying belongs to the people who lives there, not the people who came from all over the world. They took property do not belong to them under the gun and help of the GREAT IDF. It is as simple as that; it is not confusion at all. Just tell me how many settlers were born there (Gaza). If you find one single settler 20 Years or older I will give the legitimate reason to stay there. Taking someone property away by force, it doesn't give reason to be the legitimate owner over the time.
10. Gaza Pullout
Moira ,   USA   (06.20.05)
As if Messiah is impotent! Look to Him, who is Israel's Husband and keeper. He has not changed in His committment to His Bride. Has His Bride changed in Her committment?
