Don't be silly; of course they have an army. They also choose to live in squalor. If they hadn’t spent so much time plotting and planning and so much money financing their attacks on Israel they would have had more than enough time and money for building nice communities. But hey, why bother when the Israeli’s have built such beautiful communities and are now going to hand them over to the low-life slum bugs who should actually be hauling their butts back to whatever other ARAB country they came from.
