UN resolutions 194, besides the fact that it bears no value (since the UN has no real authority). Has other requirements to it. It says all those returning must be peaceful. I can say with full confidence that most of those will not be. UN Resolutions had authority and relevance in 1947 for both Israel AND Palestine... What a shame the Palestinians didnt recogniseUN authority and relevance then...
