Israel puts its best efforts in stopping and arresting these terrorists. The last one was not elevated as a hero, but was buried in shame -- denied a funeral in an Army cemetery. There was immediate condemnation on the Israeli right and left, and there was widespread revulsion by the acts of this tiny minority. Contrast this with the celebration of death by Arabs, the joy at the mass killing, and the elevation of the terrorists into heros with their pictures everywhere. There is little effort to stop and widespread encouragement for others to do the same. That is the difference. Don't try to blur it with moral equivalency.
