1. Sounds like that David Coresh in Waco, Texas
Alex ,   Boston   (08.19.05)
Basically the same story, Yitzhaki plays Coresh and thinks he's bigtime because he has a bunch of children brainwashed into anarchy against the Jewish state. It is so pleasing to watch these radicals get what has been coming to them. They're criminals, most will do time in prison while the others can hide out in the West Bank before it's evacuated. Good show.
2. Nadia, radical right wing? Federman far right activist?
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (08.19.05)
In other countries, people who would protest giving up their land, homes, businesses, and assets to terrorists would be considered NORMAL - not radical right wing. In other countries, a nation's military and police who would violently ethnically cleanse their own people in order to give their land and assets to terrorists, would be considered traitors. But then, other countries don't have intense pressure placed on them to give their land to terrorists. Israel needs strong leaders who will say, "No. We will not commit national suicide" Israel, you must survive! No more ethnic Jew cleansing.

I'm aware of the fact I could never fully understand, or even feel what the settlers are feeling right at this moment. My family and myself hope that we never will have to go through what you had to endure, even if it is for the better, ( for the safety and security of our country ). But, I'm not certainly convinced that Mr. Aryeh Yitzhaki has a full understanding of what Mr. Sharon wants to achieve and / or accomplish by the disengagment act, which I firmly believe is to be the right thing to do, really, is to commence and continue a peaceful bond between Isreal and the rest of Palestine. Bottom line is, I praise Mr. Sharon for taking this most difficult, painful and real first step of the peace process. It'll be a long but sucessful road ahead for both parties. Mr.Yitzhaki's action, by using the children as decoys, was not only inexcusable behaviour, but down right abusive towards the children, regardless of religion or culture, etc. He really should be ashamed of himself, by not showing better restraint. He should've taught the children to leave on their own, or better yet, just let them learn how to make their own decisions, etc. Remember, God wants you to show and be a great leader for the children, not just your own, but for others as well. A prayer can only do so much, a leader can do so much more.
4. Answer to Linda
hiram ,   Israel   (08.25.05)
Linda, The settlers are indeed far right extremists. All in their attitude, including bearing arms when they were not threatened caracterises extreme-right militiaes. Their being stubborn when facing a democratically taken decision ( through the support of Ariel Sharon) clearly demonstrate a frame of mind based on a nationalistic attitude equal to any nationalistic group, wherever. This land was NOT their land. If it had been , they would not have been called settlers. You posts caracterize the same frame of mind. There is no question of Jews cleansing, it is a a government decision aiming at returning conquered territories. Your attitude in believeing that this land belong to Israel or the Jews is YOUR opinion only and the opinion of those who confronted IDF. Besides religion, there is NO reason to believe that the territories belong to anyone. If you are so deep into religion, read the texts concerning the "Philistinims" in the biblical days. You would be amazed to see how many of them lived on what you believe is " Jewish land". And stop polluting.....
