1. Bravo, Ray!
Ruben ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (10.14.05)
Such pity lunatics such as Georgy boy are at the top of the pyramid. I wonder if bringing "Thats My Bush!" back to TV screens would make any difference :-) Surely it will make us laugh one more time before he takes us out with another pathetic excuse to start a war somewhere in the world...
2. Hi Ray Hanania, that was to short, write some more on the su
Joseph ,   Malta   (10.14.05)
3. sorry Ray!! BUT
Robert Goldman ,   cooper city Florida   (10.14.05)
The story about the Marine is a story floating the internet and it is not at all true! (Some wish it were, but NOooooooooo) You might try watching "the mind of Mencia " for new material!
4. Gd told me
Hilda ,   US   (10.14.05)
Sorry Ray but the Gd of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob or even Jesus would never tell Geoge that he must make a Palestinian Arab State. He would tell him that there are enough Arab States and let the Jewish State alone. It's tiny enough without further shrinkage.
5. Hilarious! Give us more
Abraham Lewis ,   New York City   (10.14.05)
6. Hanania, Not Ready For Prime Time
Dan Friedman ,   NYC, USA   (10.14.05)
Ray, here's some friendly advice. Thank G-d you can find work in Israel because you'd starve in America.
7. Funny
Sam ,   Alquds, Palestine   (10.14.05)
I think the funny part of Bush claiming he was told to invade Iraq, Afghanistan, and create a Palestinian state by god, is the other side of the formula where people like Bin Laden, Zawahiri and the rest also claim they carry out god's orders by killing the infidels, and prefereably among their fellow Arab and Moslem nationals, "in order to clean one's house first". The moment Bush came on the TV screen on that black day and said that "you're either with us or against us", his fellow think-tank Bin Laden felt jealous and went on TV too, where he declared that the world is "split in two, those with us, and those against us". Pretty amazing telepathy, don't you think so?. God save us from both.
8. Sorry
Jeff ,   Herzliya   (10.14.05)
Not really funny at all. And the White House denies the conversation, the report of which comes from some PA yahoo.
9. To # 6
Ray Hanania ,   Chicago, USA   (10.15.05)
Actually, I make a great living in the United States and perform standup comedy across the country. It pays very well. However, since you brought it up, I have bene trying to do more shows in Israel and Palestine. So, if there are others out there who are Jewish, Israeli or Palestinian comedians and want to organize a show to prove the fanatics on both sides wrong, let me know. I'd love to come out there and perform. Maybe Robert Goldman from Patterson, NJ might attend? Ray Hanania PS ... Hey, I am serious about the shows in Israel and Palestine ... if anyone is interested in doing something together instead of always apart or against each other.
10. To No. 9 - Better stay home!
Lois D. ,   Baltimore, Maryland   (10.15.05)
That's the worst joke of all. So you want to do comedy in Palestine to prove something to the"fanatics." Maybe you can perform while the bulldozers are at work destroying the homes of those "fanatics." Hey, maybe you can perform at a checkpoint while all those "fanatical" Palestinians are being abused and humiliated, maybe where a "fanatical" Palestinian women has to give birth at one of them. You're pathetic if you can't think of someting else better to do.
11. Hope to see you in Israel Ray!
Dorothy Friend ,   Tel Aviv   (10.15.05)
Just please do your show at a place where you can start before midnight - I'm no spring chicken!
12. when you get a gig at the hard rock improv
Robert Goldman ,   cooper city Florida   (10.15.05)
To Ray "Dee Dee DEE" Hanania when you get a gig at the Hard rock Improv In Hollywood Fl. I'll show up and even buy your beers. (Looks like that will never happen so it's money saved!)
13. question for ray
T Herzel ,   miami   (10.15.05)
Dude. tell me why there are no tour dates on your web site? where and when do you preform? and why don't you answer the questions in a straight manor ? seems you would rather taunt your detractors then set them straight. Hell that kind of comedy died in 3rd grade. Robert from New york... robert from dallas. your being very childish and ignorant . I do not agree with Mr. Goldman all the time but when you stab with dull wit and ignore the facts you make everyone agree with him except the twits,
14. YEAH # 10 !!!
Rebecca ,   Sunnybrooke USA   (10.15.05)
YEAH # 10 of Baltimore !!! I totally agree with what you said about making jokes about a terrible and cruel situation .. Thanks to Israeli racism & war Palestinian babies die at Israeli checkpoints- and Israel's children are forced to become soldiers for this horrible injustice, forced to live the rest of their lives with memories of what they have done to "protect" Israel . Perhaps if he weren't raising his own son as a Jew in America, Ray would have less time for stupid jokes and much more compassion and sympathy for other people' kids- and suffering.
15. Hanania, a Riot in "Palestine"!
Dan Friedman ,   NYC, USA   (10.15.05)
Ray, when you play "Palestine" ask your agent to book you into the Boom Boom Room.
16. What Bush Really Said About G-d of Israel
Dan Friedman ,   NYC, USA   (10.15.05)
President Bush's Yom Kippur Message Presidential Message: Yom Kippur Yom Kippur, 5763 The Lord loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of his unfailing love. Psalm 33:5 Yom Kippur is a day of holy reflection and reverence. Jewish tradition sets this day aside as a time to seek atonement, and to return, in forgiveness, to the enduring love of the Almighty. As you pray, may you place your trust in the promises of God, and look to the future with hope. As we face the challenges of a new era, faith is an important source of strength and goodness in America. At this time of renewal, I encourage you to recommit to a life of compassion, love, and service. Together we can transform our Nation, one heart and one soul at a time. Laura joins me in sending our best wishes for a blessed day. GEORGE W. BUSH
17. To No. 8 ....The actual source came from
Lois D. ,   Baltimore, Md./USA   (10.15.05)
the Israeli papers months ago. But we don't want that kind of stuff to get around here where religion is supposed to be separated from state. When Bush speaks about "good" and "evil," if that doesn't sound like someone spewing some of that ole time religion, then I don't know what is! If God does talk to him, I just wish that God would tell him it's not nice to tell lies, and also teach him how to speak so he doesn't come off sounding like an imbecile half the time.
18. This is comedy?
Terri   (10.15.05)
I'd get more laughs by saying "pull my finger". Try again Ray...
19. Uh Post # 14
Terri   (10.15.05)
"Perhaps if he weren't raising his own son as a Jew in America..." Is that a problem for you Rebecca? Do you have something against Jews ? "Ray would have less time for stupid jokes and much more compassion and sympathy for other people's kids." Before getting up on that soap box Becca, try having some sympathy for the children of Israel as well. They are targeted and killed as well. What, because they are Jews they don't count? Is that your line of thinking? Maybe you should move to Europe where you could live with your own kind.
20. How gullable people really are
Amazing   (10.15.05)
21. Why No Successful Arab Comics?
Milt Trazenfeld ,   Los Angeles, US of A   (10.15.05)
Why No Successful Arab Comics? They always bomb on opening night.
22. Ray, reading you
Uzziel   (10.15.05)
I notice that you make fun of "Moses and Abraham", you make fun even with christian evangelists but I see nowhere a mention of the pedophile "profit" Muhammad nor any joke about the moslem myths. Want to preserve intact your throat when visiting "Balestine"? You were funnier before meddling in politics.
23. Ray -- Keep smiling. It's called Ratings
Daniel ,   Jerusalem   (10.15.05)
Keep it up ray. Rantings are just another form of ratings. You get a lot of responses and that's good. Don't let these people get you down. I enjoy it and so do others, even this late in the evening in Jerusalem. I'll email you with some locations in Israel where you might perform. Have you contacted the Camel Comedy Club in Tel Aviv? One day we'll jave a comedy club in Jerusalem where the audience will be Jewish, Muslim and Christian. I hope I see you perform there someday. If you were a Jew, the Jews would love you. If you were a Muslim, the Muslims would love you. And if you were a Christian, the Christians would love you. The problem is, you come across like you are all. Maybe intentionally, maybe a little Freudian here. I guess if you come across hopeful, as you do, the hopeful will love you. My best wishes and I believe in hope, too! Daniel Jerusalem
24. By the way No. 19....
Lois D. ,   Baltimore, Md./USA   (10.15.05)
The children of Israel do not live under an oppressive and brutal occupation which consumes them 24 hours per day as Palestinian children do nor Israeli children see members of their families subjected to the same abuse and humiliation as Palestinian children which is carried out by the state and is official government policy. There is never a comparison to be drawn between the oppressor and the oppressed. If Palestinian children however were 'Jewish," then then they would be treated very differently as their parents also. That is the factor whch makes all the difference in the way a person is treated according to Israeli law and policies. Not exactly a great way to live if you just happen to be the wrong religion.
25. and # 19 FYI
Rebecca ,   Sunnybrooke   (10.16.05)
Jewish parents raising Jewish children in America is a good and wonderful thing that should be encouraged. But I think Ray is a huge fraud for devoting his life's work to publicly presenting himself as a Palestinian American and a great authority on how to make peace in the Middle East when he doesn't even honor his own ancestry enough to raise his own son as a Palestinian American Christian. I know many people in mixed marriages, and while such marriages can break their parents hearts, they can also be bridges to peace. Ray is not bridge to peace, he is more like a minefield of insults for every side.
26. PERSECUTED "PALESTINIAN" CHRISTIANS BEG WORLD FOR HELP
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (10.16.05)
IDF, please help them. PLO terrorists conducted bloody, barbaric jihad against Lebanon's Christians, mass maiming and murdering huge numbers. www.free-lebanon.com Click on photo gallery - 20,000 Christians handicapped by PLO atrocities. The reward for PLO savagery was to implant these PLO terrrorists into Israel as "peace" partners through Oslo to continue their jihad. Christians in PA areas suffer horrendous persecution, under the cruel occupation of PA/PLO and other terrorist organizations. The following are parts of an article: Christianity Dying In Its Birthplace By Daniel Pipes FrontPageMagazine.com | September 13, 2005 http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=19453 "What some observers are calling a pogrom took place near Ramallah, West Bank, on the night of Sep. 3-4. That’s when fifteen Muslim youths from one village, Dair Jarir, rampaged against Taybeh, a neighboring all-Christian village of 1,500 people. The Ajajs and their friends broke into houses and stole furniture, jewelry, and electrical appliances. They threw Molotov cocktails at some buildings and poured kerosene on others, then torched them. The damage included at least 16 houses, some stores, a farm, and a gas station. The assailants vandalized cars, looted extensively, and destroyed a statue of the Virgin Mary. “It was like a war,” one Taybeh resident told The Jerusalem Post. Hours passed before the Palestinian Authority security and fire services arrived. The fifteen assailants spent only a few hours in police detention, then were released. As for Khouriyye, the Palestinian police arrested him, kept him jail, and (his family says) have repeatedly beat him. A cousin, Suleiman Khouriyye, pointed to his burned house. “They did this because we’re Christians. They did this because we are the weaker ones.” The Khouriyyes and others recall the assailants shouting Allahu Akbar and anti-Christian slogans: “Burn the infidels, burn the Crusaders.” This assault fits a larger pattern. According to the Catholic Custodian of the Holy Land, Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Christians in the Bethlehem region alone have suffered 93 cases of injustice in 2000-04. In the worst of these, in 2002, Muslims murdered the two Amre sisters, 17 and 19 years old, whom they called prostitutes. A post-mortem, however, showed the teenagers to have been virgins – and to have been tortured on their genitals. “Almost every day – I repeat, almost every day – our communities are harassed by the Islamic extremists in these regions,” Pizzaballa says. “And if it’s not the members of Hamas or Islamic Jihad, there are clashes with … the Palestinian Authority.” In addition to the Islamists, a “Muslim land mafia” is said to operate. With PA complicity. it threatens Christian land and house owners, often succeeding to compel them to abandon their properties. The campaign of persecution has succeeded...Bethlehem and Nazareth, historic Christian towns for nearly two millennia, are now primarily Muslim. In 1922, Christians outnumbered Muslims in Jerusalem; today, Christians amount to a mere 2 percent of that city’s population." "Islamic mafia accused of persecuting Holy Land Christians" http://news.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2005/09/09/wmid09.xml Every single agreement has been broken by the PA/PLO, rendering Oslo, Road Map and ALL agreements NULL AND VOID. The U.S. EU, UN, Israel: the Christians of the world appeal to you. Stop the injustice. Stop the cruelty. Stop the massive criminal human rights violations. Liberate the Christians from ALL terrorist organizations immediately.
27. Poor Linda Rivera
Lois D. ,   Baltimore, Md./USA   (10.16.05)
She's as ignorant as Ray Hanania. She simply doesn't know that Palestinian "Christians" also live as an oppressed people because they are not Jewish. I love her credible sources such as Daniel Pipes who just happen to suffer from severe Islamophobia.
28. #27 pipes credible?
Robert Goldman ,   cooper city Florida   (10.16.05)
ROFLMFAO!
29. SHAMEFUL SILENCE ON THE HORRIFIC SUFFERING OF NON-MUSLIMS
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (10.16.05)
Below is part of an article from: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=44718 FAITH UNDER FIRE Nigeria`s war on Christians Islamic law brings death, suffering to non-Muslims Posted: June 11, 2005 © 2005 WorldNetDaily.com "More than 10,000 Christians have been killed since 1999, the year Islamic "Sharia law" was introduced in Nigeria, according to Voice of the Martyrs, a group that aids the persecuted church around the world. Nearly 1,000 homes and churches have been burned down by Muslim radicals – with a wink and a nod from a government that doesn't recognize the rights of non-Muslims. The war on Christians began in 1999 when Alhaji Ahmed Sani assumed the office of governor in Nigeria's Zamfara state. Just five months later, he introduced Sharia law. Soon 11 other northern Nigerian states, all with Muslim majorities, followed Zamfara's lead and implemented some form of the harsh Islamic legal code. Sharia is based on the Quran and Hadith, the Islamic sacred book and teachings. It imposes a strict code of conduct on the population. For example, if an individual is convicted of stealing, the punishment is amputation of his hand. In the case of adultery, the punishment is death by stoning. "If you go around villages, you will see people missing one hand or one foot," explained Rev. Obiora Ike. "Do you think that’s the result of an illness? That is the result of Sharia Law." Christians in the country say the imposition of Sharia law has resulted in a wave of violence and attacks against them, their homes, churches and villages as the militants wage jihad, or holy war, against them. Sharia law permits violent attacks against non-Muslims and the killing of former Muslims who have converted to Christianity or other faiths. The destruction of churches and the prohibition of new church constructions are considered legitimate actions. Recently, before a large crowd, the Zamfara state government recently held a five-year anniversary to celebrate the implementation of Sharia. Governor Ahmad Sani recalled why Sharia was introduced into the state: to satisfy the desire of the people for governance by the "laws of Allah … to cleanse society of social and moral vices like alcoholism, gambling, theft, armed robbery, prostitution, bribery, corruption and deceit." Muslim zealots are being financed by Saudis who want to Islamicize the entire African continent. The implementation of Sharia has been blamed for the vast violence and deaths occurring not just in Zamfara state, where it was first implemented, but in other states as well." In Sudan's jihad, over two million Christians are dead, including Animists. Hundreds of thousands of Christians have been taken for slaves by Sudan's Muslims.

Hilda ,   US   (10.16.05)
Yes, Christian Aras in Palestine are becoming an endangered specious, not because of Israel but because of their Arab cousins the Muslims. When Israel held Bethlechem, Christians wee a majority but ever since Israel turned it over to the PA , Christians have been fleeing for their lives. Remember also how the Muslims captured the Church of the Nativity and held the priests hostage? and then defiles the place. This is what Christians have to look forward to should there be aPalestinian state. Forget about Jews--the place will be Judenrein from the getgo.
