If he is not dangerous to the State, just encourage this narcissist to leave. 3. If he remains dangerous to the security of the State, bring charges of parole violation and put him back in jail.

if it is so important for the Israeli security services to keep track of this "misken" (pitiful person) then why don't they put a Personal GPS non-removable bracelet on him. It would save time and money. But mostly I think since he's already served his time for his acts of treason against the State, the State should just let go and forget about him. The sooner the State does that the sooner everyone else will come to realize that he's just a "misken". Basically the State is practicing a form of 'overkill' in this matter and should just stop.
