Lakeesha, how do you know that Michael hates his own race? First of all, I think his daughter is not just white, she looks pretty mixed to me. But they have white mother, so they will be half white. I don`t know how little Blanket looks like, but Prince has these big dark brown eyes. I think if he married a white woman to have mixed kids, it is because his own experience with being black and how he was treated. He probably doesn`t want his own kids go through that. It is sad. But I don`t think he hates his race. He has black friends, his family is black etc. But Michael is such a unique personality that not so many people understand. I won't even go into the stereotypes that all muslims are arabs (they are around 20% of the world's muslims and more like 12% of american muslims), all american muslims are immigrants (at least 30% are converts) and all american converts to islam are black (although they definitely are a greater percentage than white converts like me.) what i mainly wanted to point out is that i am personally friends with a group of men in this city, of several ethnicities, who converted to islam while in prison and are now out, living as productive (and very peaceful) community members. one of them married my best friend. in other words, this is turning their lives around- rather than bringing them into the prison as you assumed.
