It's so hard to trust our 20% minority. On one hand, Druzes and Beduin serve in the IDF (some are even martyred), many are loyal citizens of the state and share their lives with us. Israel gives them funding and access to college and open lives in exchange for them just living and being Israeli. But then, there are those who help Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the 2000 incident, Arab-Israeli suicide bombers, etc, etc. I was all for these students until Zainab said, ""The whole country is occupied." Who's side are you really on???? How long before they all integrate? Or do we have to deal with a potential 5th column all of Israel's existance? Does anyone have any solutions? Comments? Kahanists - no need to reply. We already know how you feel.

You get all types of views with students. Some more in sync with being Israeli some less so. If one student claims the whole country is occupied (and does Ilan Pappe say any differently) that shouldn't condemn all Israeli Arabs.

If appeasing idiots from both the Peace Now cabal and the Arabs, want to term Ariel a "settlement", then so be it. However, if Israel's leaders don't get with the program, they will soon see all of the Israeli coast deemed a "settlement". Why is it that Arabs can study ALL over Israel, yet a few thousand of the most productive people on this planet cannot live miles ! away from Arabs, and that in order for there to be "peace", then Jewish expuslion is necessary? Don't these unrepentant appeasers realize that by agreeing to such a hideous plan, they have not only emboldened the jihadists, but also quickened Jewish destruction?
