1. Vote Sharon -- And get a weakend Israel
Nachm Sanow ,   USA   (12.05.05)
Jews are and will be hurting under Sharons Policies The condition of the settlers expelled as reported last week in Haaretz Settlers evacuated during the disengagement are suffering from a variety of serious emotional problems, but are receiving little or no treatment, according to a report by the Legal Forum for the Land of Israel. Haaretz Dec 2 2005 All that for what for more killing as evidensed today??? and It can be expected by these war mongering terrorist Yimach Shmom to continue, and the attacks will be more deadly and closer to the heartland after Sharon Chief expulsionist expelled tens of thousands of jews. If you want more expusions and deportations of jews and more vicious bombings Vote Sharon
2. Israeli leaders have the responsibility...
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (12.05.05)
to do whatever it takes to make sure there is never again another murderer/suicide bomb attack. Israel, don't do as America says, do what America would do!
3. 4 more lives sacrificed to the Road Map lie
Marcel ,   Florida   (12.05.05)
Israel will do little ,knowing that these for souls will soon be forgotten as the otherrs have been forgotten by the general Israeli public. This is looked at as a reasonable offering to King George for his paln to reward the terrorists with much of Israel's land. The dumb sheep of Israel are easily lead to their deaths and life goes on 'as normal' while evil men rule Israel into another rapidly approaching holocaust, aptly named the Bush Road Map to the final solution..
4. deepest condolences
observer ,   jerusalem   (12.05.05)
to all the families of the victims and lets hope they will be the last victims of this horrible terror.
5. Security fence was no help, neither was surrender of land.
AK   (12.05.05)
The withdrawal and the fence and promises of additional withdrawals did not bring even a small measure of peace. Additional five people were murdered and scores injured. A logical person would conclude that the time is to scrap all prior plans and look for complately new approach. If it hasn't worked up to now, it will not work in the future. Will Israel's sclerotic leaders finally retire to their rocking chairs and a game of shuffle board and allow younger leaders to develop a new approach?
6. Haim Amram: hero
mike ,   u   (12.05.05)
palestinians: cowards
8. the key to peace are not walls but a shared jerusalem
Kamal ,   Ejerusalem Palestine   (12.05.05)
No one with a saint mind can accept these kinds of barbaric attacks. As a palestinian I can only be ashamed that a young man was influenced to commit such a terrible crime. But Israel need to understand that continuing stealing land, humiliation, daily killings, house demolitions, walls building and family divisions, road bloks.......will not bring peace. the answer is simply a full withdrawl from East jerusalem and the west bank with no settlments so we can have a viable state. whithout this we are in for decades of more blind violence. Too bad that Rabin and Arafat were not able to continue the dream.
9. Haim Amram gave his life to save innocents...
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (12.05.05)
Haim will always be remembered as one of the heroes of Israel. May G-D give comfort and strength to the families who lost their loved ones. And speedy and total healing to the wounded.
10. kamal; Arabs are occupying and stealing Jewish land!

12. #8 THERE NEVER WAS AN ARAB COUNTRY OF PALESTINE
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (12.05.05)
Re-take Jewish Gaza! It's been transformed into terrorist training camps - the "peace" promised by PLO/PA. Global jihad is empowered as Islamofascists receive amazing help in the jihad against Israel from the international community. The entire world will pay the price of an Islamic terror state in Israel. THERE NEVER WAS AN ARAB COUNTRY OF PALESTINE. Jerusalem was NEVER the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. JERUSALEM IS MENTIONED OVER 800 TIMES IN THE BIBLE, not once in the Koran. Around 1948, Arabs violently ETHNICALLY CLEANSED about one million Jews from Arab countries. Arab governments seized the land, homes, bank accounts, businesses and assets of the Jews. Most of the Jewish refugees fled to Israel. THERE MUST NOW BE A JUST SETTLEMENT FOR THE JEWISH REFUGEES AND THEIR DESCENDANTS-COMPENSATION IN LAND AND FINANCES. In 1922, Britain illegally gave MOST OF PALESTINE-80% TO THE ARABS. The area became Jordan, giving the Arabs an Arab Palestinian state on JEWISH land. IT WAS ETHNICALLY CLEANSED OF JEWS. This area is part of ancient, Biblical Israel, and along with present-day Israel, including Judea, Samaria, Gaza and the Golan was recognized by the League of Nations as the Jewish homeland. In 1948, Egypt invaded Gaza and ethnically cleansed ALL Jews. In 1948, Jordan invaded Judea-Samaria (West Bank) and east Jerusalem and ETHNICALLY CLEANSED ALL JEWS. Jordan, opposing G-D DESTROYED 58 synagogues in Jerusalem. In 1967 when Israel won Islam's religious war of aggression against it, Jews returned to the areas of their homeland they had been ethnically cleansed from for 19 years. Islamofascists DECEITFULLY call this return "occupation". Under international law, territories are considered "occupied" only when taken in an act of aggression which does not apply to Israel. Judea, Samaria and Gaza are not 'occupied territories' according to international law because they were not taken from any foreign sovereign. ALL of the Jewish land, homes, properties and businesses stolen from the Jews in the 1948 Islamic invasion must be returned to the Jews IMMEDIATELY
13. To all the above posts
(12.05.05)
People have died today. This is not the time for words of profound wisdom from you lot. A little respect for the deceased and concern for the injured is in order.
14. #8 Solution to peace is you moving to Jordan.
AK   (12.05.05)
Jerusalem is Jewish and has been Jewish for 3000 years. You, on the other hand have discovered Jerusalem only when the Jews returned to claim it back. In the last 1000 years, under Muslim rule, Jerusalem was a dirty little provincial town. If it had been really important to you, you'd have made it grand, but it wasn't even important enough to make it a provincial administrative center. So, go to pray in mecca and leave Jerusalem to the Jews.
15. Some people should read history
Moshe ,   Berlin, Germany   (12.05.05)
I guess that some people in this forum should read history, guys arabs helped us the jews while we were rejected by all other countries. we had the right to be jew and to practice our religion during the arab reign. Jerusalem was shared by all religions. jews as well as arabs exist in this region since the begining of time, so no one can claim that jerusalem is only for him.the key to peace is to establish a palestinian country that can live peacefully. jerusalem should be for all religions. Leila TOV.
16. #15 Moshe You don't know history, but fables.
AK   (12.06.05)
Read Bat Ye'or, "Islam and Dhimmitude " for the history of Jewish life under Islam. Bat Ye'or is an Egyptian Jew and a good historian. Under Muslim occupation, Jerusalem became a dirty little provincial town , before the Europeans and the Jews came to dominate it in the 20th century -- see description of Jerusalem and the entire "Holy Land" by Mark Twain and other Europen travelers, so don't claim its importance to Muslims in general, and Arabs in particular.
17. To AK
Ron ,   LA   (12.06.05)
U look really arrogant, U are critisizing all calls for peace from Mulims and Jewish guys. U and other like that Quran has described that U 'll never be trusted and violating any agreements. This is exactly what we see right now. I believe this conflict will never end till the day of judgment. U'll remebr my talk after 60 years if U have chance to live....
18. Why go thru all this hell. Go back home.
Alex ,   Melbourne, Aus   (12.06.05)
I mean all these victims would still be alive if they stayed where they were born, US, France, UK, Russia etc. I really think that this bloodshed will stop the day the european, russian and American jews go back to their countries. This is the the smartest move. The jews are more welcome in Australia, USA, Europe, Russia than in the Arab/Musilm world. Think about it.
19. #8, #15 BEFORE 1948, JEWS WERE THE PALESTINIANS
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (12.06.05)
Global jihad is greatly empowered as the U.S. EU and UN give astonishing support for an Islamic terror state in Israel that will threaten the world. There NEVER was an Arab country of Palestine. Jerusalem was NEVER the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. JERUSALEM IS MENTIONED OVER 800 TIMES IN THE BIBLE, not once in the Koran. Arabs FIRST took the name “Palestinians” in 1967. Arafat was the FIRST leader of this NEW PEOPLE. Before 1948, Jews were known as the Palestinians! The Jewish newspaper, the Jerusalem Post was called the Palestine Post.”
20. #13 Respect ?
Marcel ,   Florida   (12.06.05)
Respect for those secrificed for the lies of a false peace is to hold the corrupt ,lying criminal politicians accountable . They need to be arrested and tried for releasing terrorists to kill again These corrupt Israeli leaders need to be held accountable for going along with Abbas in spite of the fact that he has done nothing but encourage this attack today. Sharon's betrayal of lliya,Daniel,Alexandra and Kinan is what lead to their deaths today and your failure to request his RESPECT for Israel by putting a hlat to U.S. interference is a disgusting shame that covers all of Israel. These criminals who rule protecte themselves with incitement laws. One day justice will come to them for their failure to defeat the Palestinians who kill Israel with glee and impunity. Shame on Sharon Mofaz ,Olmert, Perez, Netanyahu .
21. Security fence was no help. Post No. 5
Johnny Weintraub ,   Sugar Land, Texas US   (12.06.05)
The old men who currently run Israel are seeking re-election, and they are not afraid of dying at a young age. Israel does need a younger leadership to protect Israeli citizens. The fence is intended to be the boundary between Israel and Palestine, and it is obviously ineffective in combating terrorism. The Arab terrorists can go under the fence, over the fence, and even though the fence by paying off Jewish taxidrivers to ride into Israel with their suicide vests.

Arafat?????? He never even tried.

Howard ,   Pacific Coast, USA   (12.06.05)
Thanks for condemning this attrocity. If Israel did withdraw from the WB and agreed on some way to share parts of Jerusalem, do you believe that Palestinian Islamic Jihad would stop doing this? Why? After Israel disengaged from Gaza, PIJ stepped up the unprovoked firing of rockets from Gaza at Israeli villages. It kept this up until Israel actually had to fire artillery into Gaza to stop it. Let's face it: Islamic Jihad will carry out terrorist attacks regardless of what Israel does; the Syrians pay them by the body. So I don't see your point. Are we not in for decades of blind violence either way? And if so, why should anyone respond to this other than by assassinating the people who planned it? Actually, you have it backward. If the PA took serious steps to put the PIJ psychopaths in jail (or to execute them -- since they ARE "acting against Palestinian interests" at the behest of Syria, aren't they? By the PA's definition of treason, that is treason), then (1) Israel and the rest of the world would see Abbas as finally taking action against terrorism, (2) the peace process would accelerate rapidly, and (3) Abbas getting serious would squash the anarchy in the PA. That would kill a lot of birds with one stone, so to speak. The peace process would accelerate rapidly, and the Israeli right wing would lose even more support. I actually favor withdrawing from the WB. I favor the creation of a Palestinian state. However, I support this only when the PA demonstrates that it can act as a national government (including keeping the peace), and not just as a propaganda department for terrorists.
24. kamal: a "shared" jerusalem?
Kyle ,   Southpark, CO, USA   (12.06.05)
"the answer is simply a full withdrawl from East jerusalem and the west bank with no settlments" kamal if you have your way (G-D FORBID) all the Jews are removed from Jerusalem Judea and Samaria THEN WHO IS NOT SHARING? Arabs want it all, and all the Jews gone. HOW IS THAT "SHARING"? You need to stop murdering people and learn to SHARE.
25. TO 15 and 16
Shai ,   Israel   (12.06.05)
I would also add that you should read the Rambam's "letter to Yemen". In it are described many trials Jews faced at the hands of Arab Muslims. There was an especially difficult period after the ascension of the Shiites. Sound familiar?
26. To Alex
NYC Girl   (12.06.05)
You sound just like those white supremacists who said there'll be no racism in America if all the blacks go back to Africa. And what would you do with all the Israelis who've been there for generations, or the ones who originally came from Arab countries since you seem to have all the answers?
27. how thought become real

28. TO # 8
SENCE ,   Brooklyn N.Y.   (12.06.05)
why do you say that the isreali's "stole" your land there was a war and you lost....just like america did to the indians, australia did to its inhabitants and Britain etc. if you are for justice then cry out about these lands too.....besides the point why haven't any of the arab countries EVER offer to help the palestinians???? they don't care. .....Also the land was given to the nations of the world by G-D and now was taken away and given to the jews.
29. To # 13
SENCE ,   Brooklyn N.Y.   (12.06.05)
What do yo mean that it is time to respect the dead...you are correct but part of respecting the dead is by making sure it does not happen again and that is by condemning what has happened and expaining to others that we have not "stolen" any land ...the LAND OF ISREAL IS G-D'S GIFT TO THE JEWS!!!!
30. peace is the lonely way
