Most men given an opportunity ‘might peep’ – but such opportunities should not be permitted – or indeed be possible – within a military establishment. The Israeli armed forces have excellent battlefield reputation but they must also be seen to ensure that general moral standards do not lapse (ref.: the recent examples of: peeping / drugs / rape / theft)
