Israel does not need to control East Jerusalem. It has West Jerusalem and that is all it needs. Holding on to East Jerusalem is greed. They have enough trouble running West Jerusalem and by being greedy they will pay a heavy price.

I'm really tired of people on both sides who deny the other's existence and/or right to exist. I'm really tired of people on both sides who think that telling each other to go away constitutes either intelligent discussion or useful debate. I despise people who reject outreach from the other side, because they can't stand the thought that they might need to reach out too. That's you, Salameh. I'm absolutely disgusted by people who insist on using racist slurs to describe the other side, rather than relating to individuals as individuals. That's you, Lou. It's depressing that whenever someone tries to do something to build a bridge between the parties, or just help some kids have a good time, the talkbacks are ... this kind of hate-filled crap.
