What difference does it make if they're serving pork or beef? Unless the food is prepared in accordance with kosher standards, observant Jews can't eat it anyhow. And if it's not prepared according to hallel standards, good Muslims won't eat it. At least when the food is blatently trief, Jews and Muslims aren't going to feel tempted to "cheat" and eat in a place they shouldn't be eating. As a Jew, I think that we need to be taking better care of our own poor so that they don't feel a need to seek handouts from the goyim. If we're doing our own job correctly, this "pork kitchen" isn't even going to be an issue for us.
